Registration and Security
Clicks9 permit you to create an account with a user ID and password. You agree that you will provide complete, and up-to-date information. You are liable for confidentiality of your password and are liable for anything that anyone does while logged in to your account. You are required to let us know immediately if you suspect that someone is using your account without your permission. We are not responsible for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with these obligations.
Limitation of Liability
Clicks9 are not liable for any damage arising out of or relating to your access, use, misuse, or inability to use the Clicks9 panel or in connection with any failure of performance, error, interruption, defect, delay in operation or transmission, or line or system failure. We will not be liable for any special or consequential damages, including lost profits.
USERS RIGHTS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Users undertake the following: (1) when registering on the panel to provide correct information, including his/her real name, company details, contact details; (2) to sign up for the panel only once and not to create more than one Account (one account per client).(3) not to use the panel for performance of unethical actions or transactions or frauds; (4) information placed on the Panel that was uploaded by Owner or any other third party and (5) to ensure that all information provided is correct and accurate.
Users undertake that, while using the Clicks9 platform, they will not upload any data that is contrary to law or contains any viruses or other computer programs or files that may interfere with the normal operation of the panel. User shall not to use the Clicks9 panel for any unlawful purpose, in a way prohibited by the Terms and Conditions also not to use any hacking or cheating software or tools to obstruct, disrupt or interfere with the operation of the clicks9 panel, user not to use any robot, iframe, spider, crawler, scraper or other automated means or interface not provided by us to access the panel, including, without limitation, for the purpose of copying, extracting, aggregating, displaying, publishing or distributing any content or data made available via panel. User not to use the Clicks9 panel for any illegal, obscene, offensive or immoral purpose.
Owner of Clicks9 is not responsible for any User`s behavior while using the clicks9 panel. Users are solely responsible for his/her use of panel, including the use by their employees or any unauthorized person.
Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their password and account and are fully responsible for all activities that occur under their password and account. Users agree to immediately notify Clicks9 team to any unauthorized use of their password or account or any other breach of security, and (ii) ensure that they exit from their account at the end of each session when accessing the panel.
